Poor poor Service!!!

On Monday i went into this store to open an additional 5Gig 5 Gig night owl account on my existing Vodacom account, the new LTE device was given to me and just when everything was loaded on the system i asked if i get 5Gig night owl the lady told me eish, not on the top up...
Anyway, she told me they have to cancel it and redo a new contract with an OPEN account in order to qualify for the night owl - today is Thursday and still no internet activity on the LTE 3G device, i could have worked from home twice already this week but due to Vodacom being incompetent i need to drive into the office all the freekin way!!!
When i spoke to Phillip earlier from this store he said the will cancel the old one and do a new OPEN account but another 24 hours... - 5 days to open an account... pathetic service
My contract expires the end of October and will definately NOT renew it with Vodacom!
