I upgraded in september to a blackberry z10. Two weeks from having the phone my bbm stopped working from then up until now, I'm unable to send or receive any bbm's. I've been calling almost everyday to get this sorted and getting nothing but! The customer service is so bad. No one knows how to solve my problem all I get told Is to reboot my phone. I've done it so much that battery is so weak it constantly needs charging! On top of that I was told that I still have my normal bis service active. I've been charged for both bis and blackberry 10 which has been added twice on my bill. Tired of the call centre I tried sending emails and still no joy. Enough of being the that has a blackbery with no bbm I decided to cancel my contract and that is another battle. I'm tired of paying for service that I don't get! I want my contract cancelled and nothing else!
