I have had enless problems with my Blackberry 9790, I booked the phone in at Standton in Dec 2012 and after serval phone calls to the head office i got my phone back on the 17th January 2013. the phone was then fine but after a few months the device started with its problems again. I then finally got to Vodacom Lenaisa branch who gave me so far the best service ever, Mohammad & Dilshaad have given me the best service that any other Vodacom ive been to, that is what you call service. i then booked the phone in at Lenaisa and after a few days got it back saying all is in order (booked at Sandton), but the phone still di the same thing. Went to Alberton repair centre and got the worst service ever, was told that it was my battery, i then got the battery replaced and still the phone doesnt work. i have had enless call with the repairs call centre and was dealing with, Linidwe Banda, Thelma Moskeng, Bonni Likuwane and Elizabeth Sebetoa. Elizabeth gave the only good client service and understands what the word "FEEDBACK" means, the rest was very poor customer service and Bonni been a team leader didnt even take my calls. up to date I am still unhappy and i am still with out my devie.
