I took out a contract with Vodacom, the modem that i received with my contract bundle does not work. I contacted Vodacom this morning and after being put through to 4 different call centres i was told they would call me back. I called again an hour later and was told the same thing. Is it so hard just to take the faulty modem back and replace it with a new one? i mean i took the contract out on 17october 2013. I am still within my 14 days. If this is not resolved by today I will cancel the contract.
