Shocking customer service - Reject handset!

I have been a vodacom customer for many years and less than a year ago got a Blackberry upgrade. The phone is not even a year old and has given me endless problems, Freezes, overheats, reboots itself for no reason, battery drains from full, doesnt read SD card, amongst others. On Sunday I finally booked the phone in as it is a heck of an inconvenience as all my info will be lost. Monday afternoon I was contacted to collect my phone. 3 parts were replaced on handset but battery was not replaced which is faulty and swollen apparently. The "swolleness" is as a result of the continual "overheating" of the phone which is unfair to expect me to pay for!!! Battery was not replaced. Today the problems persist with this phone. Vodacom told me on SUnday that my phone would have to be booked in 3 times before they will consider replacing with a REFURBISHED phone - bearing in mind handset is still under warranty. My sister has exact same phone, exact same problems and MTN replaced her handset with a BRAND NEW one the very next day!! I will NOT be re-newing my vodacom contract and will take my business to MTN. Customer service non-existent!!!
