My son Deacon Pereira was admitted to hospital 8 Oct 2022.
Dr required to do bloodwork as my son was very ill.
My husband and I were waiting hours for the results, the nurse that was on duty came to us and apologised as they lost the blood results and we had to get it re-done.
Obviously I was charged 2x.
The medical aid paid for the one. Since then my phone does not stop as ampath want payment for the other. I refuse to pay for it as it was the hospitals negligence and not myne.
Please go check the records back to that date and see who was the nurses on duty as I cant remember her name.
I have sent numerous emails trying to get this sorted.
