Incorrect invoicing

On the 3rd of October 2013, I received my invoice via email. The amount owing is an exorbitant amount of R2241.45. Upon querying the data usage which amounts to R1153.60 all the incompetent vodacom consultants were of no assistance at all!!!
The upgraded contract which I signed with Amu at Vodacom 4u at Sandton city, clearly indicates that on the smart m package with the galaxy s4 300mb per month is included. My invoice for both August and September indicates that I am only allocated a 180mb per month.
An explanation is required and I am not dealing with their consultants, because it seems that none of them know what they are doing!!! Where is the remaining 120mb per months as none is reflected on the invoice, instead I am been billed for data usage that should be included in the package? I want answers and the right one's before I pay anything!!!
