My Name is Mr Stephanes Roelofse, cell number was 084 - 416 5459. My phone was last year October, 2012. I reported it to Riverside Mall and they said that they reported it and i must send Cell C a police report, IMEI number etc. I did that on 8 November 2012. When i phoned Cell C the one person said that they will get back to me, still waiting. I phoned again and the other person said that i am not insured for the phone but i must still pay my contract. (I am insured). form there i am just struggling to get any help. I am now at Ilanga Mall and they do not keep us up to date what is happening. We must phone them the whole time. They just keep on saying they have not received any feedback. They will phone us.
