WORST VODASHOP SERVICE AT ILANGA MALL NELSPRUITQ

On saturday we took out a laptop contract with Vodashop Ilanga Mall. Boy! do i wish we had gone to the other shop. The laptop we took out was "not in stock" so we were happy to wait for it's arrival between tuesday & wednesday morning. The person who helped is "Queen" was suppose to place this order on monday morning, so i called to check on the status of the order. With an obvious bad attitude she told me she would order it and it will be at the shop on tuesday or wednesday. Never the less i said goodbye, will wait for her call. Tuesday comes, no feedback on our order, (if it was made at all). We went to the shop to check, and were told that it was now in "Back order" and they have to order it from the manufacture itself, I MEAN REALLY???!! And we now have to wait an obvious couple of weeks for instead of the extended 3 days after purchase. This is the most incompetent person i had ever dealt with. Vodashop Ilanga mall should be checking their stock before allowing customers sign contracts of items that they claim they have when they don't, it's called misleading customers. And should desparately recheck their stuff's customer service experience because this is plain PATHETIC!!!
