UTTERLY DISGUSSED IN MTN SERVICE

On the 17 Jan 2013 my mom went to MTN at the Ilanga Mall in Nelspruit to upgrade her contract. She decided on a Samsung G3. The next few days, she was in and out of MTN complaining that the phone didn't have ANY SIGNAL and the answering method didn't work. On the 7 of Feb 2013, MTN decided to send the phone for repairs. After 2 weeks, the answering was better but the signal was still bad. My mom had 1 stripe and MTN consultant whom had exactly the same phone and full signal (5 stripes). When my mom asked the MTN lady consultant what was wrong with the phone, she told her that my mom should phone the technican. I mean really who the is working for MTN my mom or the lady consultant??? Again the phone was send for repairs. Its now more than 3 weeks, and still she hasn't got her phone. MTN said they have send it for warranty test. Now it couldn't be send for warranty because it was already in repairs. That was MTN descision. They said they are waiting for MTN head office to decide weather she should receive a new phone or what. The contract is R640 and cant be used. March she paid R720 for what??? She doesn't even have the phone and has a special sim.
