Good day on the 15/10/13 I called mtn customer care to find out why my data decreased with about 300mb of data as I have checked my data after I used my phone on the night of the 14/10/13 between 21:00 and 22:00 the evening and switched my data off on the phone... the consultant then informs me that I have used my phone the morning of the the 15th round about to 7 however it was the the time I was holding on to speak to a consultant to find out whats happening with my data and at that time my data was still switched off... could someone please explain how this is possible?
