I bought a BB Z10 about 2 weeks ago. Since Friday when I upload any data packages, it is used up immediatly (within seconds - which is impossible!!!) i phoned customer care who stated that something is downloading from my phone but they can see what it is. I visited BB yesterday at Vodaworld who checked the phone and confirmed that nothing is running. I even downloaded a DATA tracker and that also shows that there is no activity. BB refered me to your customer care, who locked a query about the data, only to phone me this morning and tell me that my FB is downloading. My FB is shut down and therefor cannot use any data. I tried again now to upload data while my phone is off, and then the data dissappeared again from my account. i like this sorted out ASAP as it was not previous a problem while my FB was open. I can still not upload any data, it get's used up without showing even on my phone. I do have a data tracker installed and it does not show that data is running from my phone.
