I got a Telkom Simple ADSL line installed at my house on 7 July 2013. Part of the package deal is a free 3G dongle with once-off 500MB data.
On the day of installation I was informed they are out of stock and will get in the next week. I have written my name in their customer call book 4 times (4 different scrappy books!!) and still no reply.
When I said I will not pay my next account I was threatened and told my service will be suspended! So they break their part of the contract, but I must keep on paying!
I am sorry, this is pathetic Telkom service!! It's been more than 3 months now!!
I am sure Neotel will have better service!!
