My dad passed away just over a month ago and Vodacom are billing my dads estate for the remainder of his account. He already had a contract but that didn't stop them from calling him in January about taking out another contract, ( the problem is my dad had no clue on cell phone contracts and thought it was a upgrade).

I sent a email to the CEO, but he didn't reply as he has people that do it for him (clearly the customers are the little people that they don't have time for). My dads phone was a basic nokia that has been paid off twice over in my eyes so why charge for the remainder of a account that is never going to be used again?
My parents were together for 50 years and my mum has lost her soul mate, so to have to deal with this (in my eyes) is heartless.
