R17 434 account without any explanation

This is a 3G account and I have various cell phone and 3G contracts with Vodacom for many years. During March I phoned and asked to open this 3G account with a limit of R149 only until end of that month as my daughter needed extra research on the Internet. An Indian man from Johannesburg office told me telephonically it is possible and would do so. I discovered through my bookkeeper that outrageous big amounts were deducted by debit order on this specific account namely R2000, R5000, R10 000. I immediately objected and reported the problem to Gerrie employee at Vodashop Brooklyn Mall. This matter was according to him taken up with a certain Paula at Vodacom. Notwithstanding reporting and objecting against the last account in the amount of R17 434 for Sept 2013 and promises that the deduction would be stopped, the amount was still deducted by debit order end of Sept 2013. I also declared myself fully co-operative in order to have this problem sorted out as I am of the opinion that another unknown party is misusing my account.
