Punished for mtn's bad service

Last week my husband and I drove the 30KM from our town to bela-bela to open an internet contract with MTN. 3 days later MTN bela-bela (JOSEPH) called to say our contract been declined. When asked the reason why he informed us that my husband is not permanantly employed! This came as a shock to us since this is not the case. We than asked if MTN had spoken to the correct person that deals with our employment... ends up they did not! They phoned the number given but apparently spoke to the first person that they got through to... which is very starnge since our pay slip and work employment letter all has the individual who deals with our employments name and signature!! The organisation we deal with handles thousands of field missionaries in africa obviously MTN can't just choose to speak with any person who does not even know or pay us!! When we phoned our employer he said MTN had never spoken to him and must call him immediatly because they can't just speak to anyone! We went back to MTN.. Joseph said we have to wait three months cause he can't change the system. When asked why we are blamed for MTN's mistake he said "Its not my fault it's head office"He can't help us!!
