Account Problem

At the begining of Sept 2012 I stopped my Internet account with Altech Autopage, telephonicley (0861 23 24 24). They told us no letter was needed, the contract will end 30 Sept 2012. We also ask to cancel the debit order and was told that they will.
At the end of Sept 2012 a premium for Oct 2012 was deducted via debit order from our account. I phoned to rectify this and was told that they will pay me back. On 1 Nov 2012 I receive a Statement it shows the installment that was wrongfully deducted.
5 December 2012 nothing was paid back, I phoned again. My bank account number was given to them and was told that the money will be paid back within 14 working days.
10 of Jan 1013 nothing was paid back. I phoned and spoke to a lady at the Corporate dept. (011 - 650 2795) she also took my bank account detail and told me that the money will be paid back before the end of the month. (Ref. A1301112938)
Up until today nothing was paid back. On today 1 March 2013 I phoned 0861 23 24 24, they could not assist met and put me through to accounts. At accounts they put me through to Corporate. I hold the phone for almost 30 min and nobody answer. How long must I wait for this refund??
