I have been calling the Gateway store for the past 3 days and no answer. When i upgraded my contract at the store they asked me if i wanted to take out on my phone which i replied yes. All this time I was under the impression my phone is insured and now when my phone is i find out i don't have insurance. This is unacceptable as I filled in all the forms at the store that they required. Now I must pay for a phone that I don't have.
