BAD SERVICE AND INCOMPETEND STAFF

I would like to report an incident that happened two days in a row from 2013/10/31-2013/11/01
Where i tried calling the above mentioned store to get Updates on my phone where the
Reception personnel could or did not want to put me through to the cell phone department, they would either
1. Not answer
2. Take long to answer,
3. Put me through to the wrong dep, who would disconnect my call instead of transferring my call to the cell phone dep
4. After failing to be put through, I'd call ask that someone from the cell phone department be called to reception, which someone would instead come see the phone on hold and hang up or make me wait for longer than 15mins while they call the cell phone people.
all these attempts were made on both the 2013/10/31 and 2013/11/01, untill on the 1st after calling the store more than 6 times i asked to be put through to the manager,
I filled a formal complaint with edcon after the 1st day and nothing was done, I was told the store did not want to address the matter, futher investigations would be done and I would get feedback within 48, which has lapsed
I have the supporting emails from edcon,
