From last week friday you cant download nothing it is so slow. If I look under my profile I see that there is 18% downloading shaping policy. I Pay for 4mb connection not a 384kb connection. But the other thing I heard that afrihost did not pay one of there Telkom lines and that is why all this shaping is going on now the customer must suffer.
