6 weeks i am waiting for a new phone and every time its different excuses. sorry sir its not processed yet, sorry sir we have a technical error on our system or sorry sir its was send but there was a problem and it was return and now all of a sudden there's a error on my ID number. no one ever phones you back. no one in 6 week could pick up a phone and call. "Sorry sir for the inconvenience. its not that anymore is f#cking pathetic and unprofessional. service i have ever had. No one seems to know whats going on there and no one can give you an answer. Thanks virgin you are awesome hey so much that i am cancelling my contract.
