Virgin Bad service

I called customer care and hey said there is nothing wrong, then I 've been cut off and could not get through again.
For the last 4 to 5 weeks I cannot phone from my cell phone because I can't get through, or it said call error or if you lucky to get through you talk approx 15 seconds than the line break up and cut out. I can't use my phone anymore to place orders as always cause when you been cut of you don't get through again either error or nothing happen it just return to the contact.
I'm paying in full for this contract, I want GOOD SERVICE PLEASE.
