I made a internet transfer to an employee that used a fnb account however this account was frozen due to the fact that his work visa has expired. I phoned fnb and they told me to go to the nearest branch to fill in the reversal forms. I went to Balfour park FNB in JHB as it was the closest they helped me fill in the forms and said it can take 14 working days to process. I am still waiting and when i phone they say they have no record of this. I dont understand why one has to complain to a international website before one gets answers
