I have a contract with Nashua mobile in Braamfontein, i went to their walk in centre on the 30.09.2013 wanting to confirm how much i need to pay for my monthly subscription they gave me a total amount different from what we had agreed on and gave me some soppy stories, wasn't really happy with their response but i paid it, to my dismay i got an sms yesterday saying my services will be soft locked i thought it was an error, this morning it was locked i went to the branch and was told the money that i had paid was an access for the claim i had submitted and gave me a very bad attitude, the consultant was screaming and shouting at me like i'm stupid to a point that everybody in the store was just looking at me... Really i don't mind paying for any services but it would have been better if i were told when i went to enquire end of September how much i had to pay including that access that somebody forgot to mention when i submitted a claim... Really disappointed at Nashua and wanna terminate my contract with them
