I sent all my paper work through to Nashua Mobile to advise them that i will be terminating my phone contract as it was due to expired and advise them that i would like to keep my old number and convert it to pre paid., i received a mail to advise me that it will be terminated and my last working day prior on my contract will be the 31/3/2013. on 2 April, i recieved a message from Nashua Mobile to advise me that my phone has been soft locked, Who will pay that bill? Can somebody at Nashua Mobile assist me with this, as i have directed emails to the Client service dept, and nobody tends to come back, Poor Service. Elaude
