Putting customers last!!!

I came back from Mauritius on the 15th of August to find that my phone had been hard locked without any notification. I called customer service and was told it was because of high usage however I was told my phone should have been soft locked not hard locked. I was referred to the Boitumelo from collections who has been of no help to me. I was promised that your attorneys will contact me but to date no one has. I need to understand what my rights are. Why am I getting billed for services you are not offerring to me, why was my account cut off without any discussion with me or notification. I have been a client of Nashua Mobile for over 13 years and have gotten friends, family and colleagues to sign up with nashua Mobile because I thought you offer good service. My experience in the past 3 months has been appaling. Please explain to me how any of what has transpired "puts me first". Your CEO's efforts to turn this company around are fruitless. The level of service is appauling. It is sad that I have to consider parting ways with Nashua Mobile because you just do not care about your clients and you certainly put us LAST!!! Very disappointed with your service!!!
