Dear vodacom, the past few weeks, actually the past month or two your internet services seems to be heading down a verrrrry steep hill. I took out a data contract with you guys which i use for gaming. i took the 21.7 Mbps wifi stick which in the first maybe 2 weeks gave me amazing results... and now it, i logged a complaint on your site, where it stipulates that a consultant would be in contact with me within the next 24 hours. that was maybe a week or two ago... please try and explain to me why i need to wait till almost half the world is asleep before i can enjoy low latency and proper download speeds... where is this so-called LTE u speak of? do i have to switch isps or can someone at-least get back to me this time round...
