8ta / Telkom Mobile
SLOW Network Speed

We have an Internet 5 contract with 8ta. The network is absolutely pathetically slow most of the time. I've run some speed tests with very disappointing results:
Download = 2.00 to 2.06 Mb/s
Upload = .04 to .10 Mb/s
Latency = 79 - 96 ms

These results are a far cry from the expected 21.6 Mbps!! At this rate, we very often give up on using our 8ta service and make use of other Vodacom / MTN data bundles, resulting in us paying for 10Gb of data which we cannot use and paying for other data bundles which gives us slightly better results.

Is there anything we can do to have the 8ta service improved?
