I called in to Cell C with an issue i have been having, The Call was answered by Lebo Marenane, when i went on to explain why i was calling, She kept interrupting me, when i continued to speak, She shouted over the phone that if i gave her the opportunity to speak then she could explain why i was wrong with the information i was providing. I informed her that she needs to hear what the problem is before she can solve it. The attitude she spoke to me with was unacceptable. I told her that if she continues with her attitude, i would like to speak to someone else, once i told her, her services was pathetic, she dropped the call. I phoned back and requested to speak to management, i spoke to Shelbeen Shaib would was fantastic, who said she would take it further for me. I really hope Lebo is dealt with in an appropriate manner as her service she provided me with was the worst i have ever received, and Cell C is normally excellent when it comes to service. But Lebo Marenane should not be dealing with customers as she is pathetic. Cell C, please do something about this awful consultant as she is giving you a bad name.
