Cell phone insurance problem

I asked for cell phone insurance for my new phone at the end of June this year. On 26 Aug I went into Edgars to change the insurance from one phone to the other (I have the slip for this) The lady apparently cancelled the cell phone insurance on the one, and re insured the other.
I received a statement at end of this month stating that I had a part month insurance plus 4 of R73.64. I was also charged cell insurance plus 4 of R158. Bearing in mind that since I asked for the insurance on my phone in June, I have NOT been charged for the insurance. Then for the month of December I have been charged almost 3 times?? I called the number I was sent via sms welcoming me to gadget insurance, this number was busy 3 days running. I then called your call centre waited (using my air time from my cell phone) and was told by a lady that I was insured for 2 phones. The more I told her I had cancelled the first phone insurance the more it seemed she didnt understand, and then said she could not amend my statement. Why is this SUCH a up??? Why are your staff so incompetent? Why do they not know how to do their jobs the first time? This needs to be amended ASAP please
