When I decided to port to mtn, I did not realise it would be such a rough journey. It was not was I expected or what mtn customer service told me it would be like. I called first and asked how is the process and how long it takes, I send an sms and I will receive confirmation. Last night I sent over 40 sms's and did not receive any confirmation, I send another sms;s this morning and got a response that my port was successful but it is not.
I didnt know I would have to suffer first to get to mtn. This is not the way I expected my journey to mtn to be like. Disappointed, I think mtn is just like vodacom. The same network problem Im running from vodacom I think mtn also has it.
