Incorrect billing Fee for 3 consecutive months

Mtn has incorrectly billed my bank account for a amount over an above the amount on my statement emailed to me. I should only be paying R459-00 pm but instead this entire year i have been billed over and above that, ranging from R1000-00 to R790-00. i now have a bad credit record because of this... This is absolutely un acceptable. in January all the problems started, the debit order was not taken off my account when it should have been. since my billed account has been a mess! i Am very very un happy with MTN. I requested a full breakdown of why my bill is so high.. Customer services told me 3 working days.. i received it 3 weeks later. MTN has a policy whereby if you do mot report this problem with in 30 days they will accept the debit charges to be correct. Because of this i have over charged. I am a student so again i say this is absolutely un acceptable
