MFC has done it again

Once again, I have been debited for an amount that they say is in arrears on my account by MFC, this is the 3rd month in a row that my account has been incorrectly billed for a mistake that they made. It seems that I'm no closer to getting my issues resolved because as soon as I get refunded the money incorrectly taken out of my bank account, it puts my MFC account into an "arrears" status and I'm billed for it with my next next debit cycle. The worst part of this, is that I'm sure I'm being charged additional interest because of the so called arrears amount but cannot verify this because I haven't received a statement since they initially messed up my account. It's become very frustrating and I'll be taking this up further with the Banking Ombudsman today
