Removal of default Please

My phone account 2 x years ago was run up very high, by a family member, and I was in a bit of a dispute with vodacom over my payments that I made, but to cut a story short, I was handed over and blacklisted. Last year I paid the account in full. I am still showing on the credit bureau as having a default, and this is affecting my whole life. Please can you assist me by removing this off my name. I am trying very hard to build a good credit record., and I really would appreciate your assistance in this regard.
