WRONGFULLY BLACKLISTED, unfair credit listing

I made a payment arrangement with the Game RCS in 2010 to pay an amount of R300 p/m. As i was currently unemployed and I made payments every month since then. Based on my Credit Report, to my surprise they (GAME RCS) handed-over my account to debt collector and they did not update my payments as agreed. I was now referred to make payments to VVM attorneys which i did however still my payments were not updated and again to my surprise without being notified my account was moved to different legal attorneys which went straight to blacklist me on ITC as a default. when credit checks were done as part of my job requirements i discovered that i was unfairly listed as a default. i went back and forth between RCS and the (NEW legal company) to have the matter resolved and to have the listing lifted and my record cleared as i have fully paid up the account is settled, still no help from anyone. Under the National Credit Act, a credit provider has to inform a consumer of its intention to list them at a credit bureau and give the consumer 20 working days to respond before submitting their name. this procedure was not followed in my case! May i get help to resolved this matter PLEASE!
