Last year in August I lodged a dispute against a default on my name. After a two month investigation I receive a confirmation on 9 November 2012 from MyTransunion that the dispute has been resolved in my favour and the default has been removed. Well, I just spent an additional R38 to gain access to another credit report simply to verify the fact that the so-called default HAS NOT been removed after being alerted by my bankers that something is not quite "right" with my record.
I've got a clear record in all ways except for this faulty listing which has already been resolved (assumedly). I went through the correct channels and procedures last year to resolve this, so why am I now back in square one simply because someone did not do their job properly?
