As a first time contract subscriber, I was rather excited about getting a brand new phone. I subscribed for a ANYTIME200 package, with R200 airtime, 200 sms's and 200MB of data. When I received my airtime and etc, I was surprised that R200 artime, 25 sms's and 150MB of data was loaded. When I called the customer care, I was told to visit the branch where I got the contract. They explained, That because I was on the Anytime200 TOPUP, I get less, only when your on the Anytime200 openline, you get everything in 200. The guy who never explained doesn't work there anymore. I do not want to change to openline because I want a fixed amount to pay every month. I feel as a customer, it is not my fault that it was not explained to me. The advertisement should not say anytime200 if your not getting 200 of everything. Im really disappointed, and feel like cancelling my contract. I pay the exact amount that a person on an openline would, but I get less, is that not unfair?
