Last week on the 7th I called Vodacom direct about the special they were running on I phone s4, I placed an order with ref no14758548, it was approved immediately. the following morning I called to change the device from the I phone to the z10 . I was told that changes were made to my order, I then asked if I need to call them back to confirm and they said to me they have everything under control. on Thursday I called to find out how far is the order and to confirm if the order was changed to my satisfaction. They indicated to me that everything is fine and they gave me a delivery ref no y1264913. today at about 10:00am I got the delivery, upon opening it I realized that they have the I phone as the device I ordered. I quickly gave it back to the driver and told me that I must phone Vodacom to demand a correct device. I phoned the number 08217844 and I spoke to timothy who told me that he can see the changes made on the oder, he does not understand how this thing was done. I asked to speak to kagiso as I had spoken to her last week and I was told they were in a meeting. I called back again and I spoke to Joy told me an hour later that these people where in a meeting.
