I've been trying for the last week or 2 to order a device from FNB without any luck
The 1st time I called in they told me I already have a device and they only cater for one device per customer.
This was not the case in my situation as I don't have a device from FNB
Last week I called in again to find out how do I go about ordering a device and I explained to the lady what they told me a week ago
She escalated it to a manager and I was then able to order a device from my internet banking.
This morning FNB sends me another message saying that I already have a device and I cannot get another one.
Called the call centre and when I got put through to client services I got a message "the number you have dialed does not exist"
I changed from ABSA to FNB for better service which I received for quite a long time but something went wrong, FNB customer service is not what it used to be...
