I have 2 contracts with Vodacom. My debit order went off twice. I have called them on the 3rd of October to rectify this. Spoke to a team leader/supervisor called Boitumetsi in the Accounts dept. Who said she would see to it that I was refunded in 4 days. I also sent them a written email/notice saying that i want a refundand showing the doubled debit orders, and still nothing has been done. 11 days later I call to follow up only to find nothing has been done. The supervisor and Vodacom have let me down badly. She has said she will see the admin department and get back to me. Still nothing. I have been inconvenienced, every time I call nothing gets done. At this stage its not even about the money, I am disgusted by this gross disregards towards customers. Inconveniencing the customer is not an issue even with people at management level.
