Double billing me with the excuse of pro-rata and not advising me that I will get billed for 2 packages even though I only signed up 4 days before month end. Based on principle that ain't right. Shame though as there was a really friendly and helpful consultant at accounts, she should get a high 5. You couldn't remove my old package as billing was already sent off but you could add an additional package to be billed no problem.
