Removing Telkom Line

The company I work for requested that Telkom cancel 1 of the company's business lines on 07/05/2013 via their website & via an email, to which we received a auto-response email stating the documentation needed to cancel the line. We then sent through the cancellation documentation as they requested.
We had no response from them, but we did receive read reports on all emails. On requests we sent via their website, they sent an auto-response stating receipt of the request.
On 14/08/2013 we received an email from Hilda Jevuka asking for assistance to our request to their Retention Center. With no response from them, I kept on asking for assistance from Hilda with a read report on all her emails, we still haven't received any assistance from her or their support center.

First Request was sent on 07/05/2013, last request was sent on 14/10/2013 WITHOUT any assistance during this time.
