I cancelled my 2mb uncapped data service with mweb, giving the full 1 month notice period and I still get billed.
I am sick and tired of companies that are quick to complain if you don't pay them, but when it comes to them not billing you anymore they go right ahead and take your money. Its ridiculous. I want my R398 back into my account.
