No help what-so-eve

I have been on the phone for the past hour to upgrade my contract from the top up 200 to the smart M and no one seems to beable to help. i have phoned at least 8 different numbers and i keep getting passed over to different people. on the website it states a deal for the samsung S4 smarphone for R469 that includes 1gig of data but then am told that deal ended in september. how can your website be so out of date??? a web page is the easiest thing to keep up to date!!
i am increasing my current contract to a more expensive one yet vodacom simply doesnt seem to care. does it take the loss of a customer for vodacom to wake up and actually do something?
i might as well have gone in store and gotten the normal smart M upgrade, why offer your on line services if you literally cannot provide that service. i am horribly disgusted
