I did an upgrade and when new cell phone was received it was faulty. Cell c then sent it to their repair department.when cell phone was returned itwas not repaired and the memory cardand earphones were missing. I reported this and was transferred to various departments with no solution. Its been a month now since I did the upgrade and still waiting on a solution to this query. I was told it was escalated and would get a new cell phone. I had to do all the follow ups as when I queried I keptgetting stories like a team leader will get back to you etc. I have numerous reference no that were given and no one at cellc seems to know how to solve this query. I am paying for a service that is not been delivered.please assist as I amsitting with a phone im paying for that does not work. This is not customer service.
