No Response and False Information Provided

I am not a very happy customer. I have submitted my phone in for repairs and received no feedback after submitting a payment request for a minimal service fee. An invalid contact number was supplied with the sms which came with the quote for the minimal service fee which led to my contacting their customer care instead of their repair centre as I needed an alternative to the fax number provided to submit proof of payment as i currently do not have a fax facility. The Gentleman at the Customer care centre promised to forward the document in for me as a result however no confirmation was received. I currently do not know where I stand with that. It has been 30 days contrary to the 21 days promised to repair and still no feedback. What a hustle to have your phone repaired at an 8ta outlet. Very Frustrated.. Bad Customer service... I want this resolved without any extra hustle! if i need to follow up on my repairs like this I doubt i'll buy anything with them again
