Vodacom
Proof of warrantee

I sent my iPhone 4s in for repairs on the 16 of January 2013, after a few weeks they phoned and told me that the phone was not under warrantee anymore and they quoted me almost R3000.00. This was under job number 8517328. I then went ahead and phoned vodacom customer care who then told me the phone was only activated on the 19th of january 2012 (which means it was sent in three days before the one year warrantee expires). I then contacted revco who confirmed that the phone was delivered on the 19th of January 2012 they even supplied me screen shots of the captured information. That was then forwarded to dumhi at the repairs centre and also to a guy named TK at the vodacom 4 u shop. The phone was sent back to the repairs centre job number 8693457. I then received a call from Dumhi once again stating that the repair would cost around R3000.00. I refused the quote and tod him the phone was under warrantee and that I have supplied enough proof of that and that he now should supply the nessacary information to proove that the warrantee has expired, which they can't do! Almost 5 months no phone. What now?
