I recently added a new sim to my contract and received a new sim card with the purchase.
Shortly after that i have been receiving tons of phone calls daily from people I do not know. (This is very annoying...) I cannot always explain to those callers that this is a wrong number (Whereas in fact it is a right number.) Why is MTN recycling numbers?
I hereby request to do either a SIM SWOP or request a NEW SIM NUMBER to be allocated to me, seeing that I have been allocated a recycled number.
As an MTN customer I feel that I have a right of privacy and peace of mind.
