Bought phone (Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance) as a gift for couple whom are pensioner's on Feb 2013 at Cellucity Walmer, Port Elizabeth (IMEI: 353415050313074)
Since the beginning of September 2013 phone stopped taking a charge, phone was returned to Cellucity Walmer with the following pathetic example of how 2 old-age pensioners, one of whom has undergone a triple by-pass heart operation, have been given the runaround by 3 major retailers, trying to get a faulty product replaced, these pensioner's have been fetching and carrying this phone between Cellucity (Walmer), Vodacom Customer Care (Moffat on Main and Samsung (Newton Park) no less than 5 times for the last 6 weeks with not one of the above retailers being able to repair the phone, they are however also unwilling to replace it! the phone is now currently at Cellucity (Walmer) and as of this week they have been told to check back in 3 weeks time!
I would appreciate it if someone from Vodacom could look into this matter, having this couple come back once again in 3 weeks time is unacceptable, and also leaves them without a phone for more than 2 months, without the guarantee that the phone will be fixed this time.
