I upgraded my phone contract at cell c Walmer park. They are clueless and dont know their products!!! I got the phone and when I got home (which is 200km away) I tried to use the phone just to see that nothing on the phone is working!!! took it back for repairs and 2 weeks later guess what? speaker still not working!!! where is service in this country of ours? the staff at walmer cell c are so incompetent and useless. they've got no customer skills at all. they expect me to drive another 400km there and back to hand in the phone once again. the petrol is costing me more than the phone!!! Maybe its time to get legalwise???
